Currently this workshop is offered on demand and it is fully customised for the participants. This means the participants may put in their requests for the following:
-Day and Time
-Number of participants
-Possible Location (online via Zoom or in person, at an agreed venue such as the participant's home / an office space / my home study in Bukit Panjang Senja)
Interested participants may wish to form small groups with their family and friends, for a comfortable and fruitful discussion. I have also taught workshops for individuals, 1 to 1, for a better learning and feedback process.
Fees information as of May 2024:
Based on a typical workshop that runs for 3 hours
Individual 1 to 1: $270
2 participants: $150 each
3 participants: $105 each
4 participants: $90 each
The number of participants is usually capped at 4, so that better attention can be given to all.
For larger groups, kindly enquire separately.
Please note the workshop fees are nett. There are no other charges.
Summary notes will be provided.
Participants are encouraged to submit their questions and even photos of their children's work beforehand, so that answers and feedback can be prepared adequately.

The workshop is meant for adult participants, mainly parents and caregivers of young children. It seeks to demystify phonics and early literacy for adults. It is useful for those who don't have background knowledge in education, and wish to be kept in the loop about how their kids will learn to read. It is meant to be a relaxed workshop, where we can learn together and our adult participants can feel free to ask questions without feeling restricted or fearful.
