Important Information
A fully-customised and comprehensive feedback package takes time to be properly completed, especially for longer pieces of writing at the upper primary and secondary school levels. Get It Right does not rush the marking or feedback process.
Please note feedback is returned in 3 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
There is strictly no same-day or next-day feedback available.
After the feedback, we accept ad-hoc questions on email / our social media accounts, if the student has 1 or 2 questions about the marking which can be explained easily via messaging. Beyond this, if the student prefers to be given direct guidance 1-to-1 after seeing the marking notes, please book a paid consultation session with Get It Right.
Here are the steps!
1) Fill in the form above to make a request. Please do not send any marking fees yet. Get It Right will reply to inform if we can take in the marking request, based on the queue.
2) Send the work by email in PDF or image format. Use a scanner or scanning app such as CamScanner to make sure the images are clear and complete. If students use online platforms (e.g. Google Docs), kindly share the link and provide editing / comment access.
3) Receive a confirmation by email. Make payment by PayNow. An official PDF receipt will be sent to your email.
4) Marking will be completed in 3 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays. All documents will be sent to your email.

Both Situational and Continuous writing can be submitted for marking.
Other types of writing e.g. personal essays can also be submitted for marking. Please check with us.

This typically includes paper 2 components including editing, comprehension, grammar etc.
Please note that only full papers are marked at the moment.
-If students need practice papers, Get It Right is able to provide via email.
-If students want to use their own practice papers, please provide the suggested answer key if available. It is physically impossible for Get It Right to work out all the answers for every student with a different practice paper. Get It Right will evaluate the answer key and make alternative answers where necessary. We seek your understanding on this matter. Thank you.
